  3. They all look great.
WhiteCrow's outfit wouldn't look out of place in the game Prince of Persia. Darknights' outfit really does have an pixie/elf feel to it
Simlicious also look great the textures look the best but it reminds me a lot of other medieval dresses that are out there for sims 3. Medieval doesn't mean fantasy to me, just historical.

    1. Thanks for your comment, Chedderprime :)
I actually thought of Lord of the Rings elven dresses when I created my dress... and yes, they are kind of simlilar to medieval dresses but are definitely fantasy-like ;)

  5. The three outfits looks great :D
It was an hard choice... White Crow' outfit is well made and very original, I love DrakNight's nymph clothing but Simlicious's mesh is soooo wonderful. And it's not photoskinned...

But finally I voted Simlicious (again lol)
But congrats to you three :)

  8. If you look pure to the theme fantasy, then only Dark Night has done the job good. The nymph clothing is clearly something fantasy related. The other ones are that not. Let's face it: the creation of simlicious looks too much medieval, instead of fantasy. And that of white crow is just a standard clothing, sorry to say that. Actually only Dark Night deserves to win, cause he/she has done something according with the fantasy theme, while the others failed at that.

    3. Well, fantasy for me is not only about Dragon and Druids.
My Outfit is inspired by a female Derwish, well known as warrior in many fantasy Games.
I mean, is a Genie not a fantasy Figure in your Eyes?
You cant imagine how long i was working on this fucking Texture, i changed it like 12 Times, and yes, i always tested it ingame.
I have to say, that i was going to make something like DarkNight at first too. I was drawing farns on a body, i dont think that it was hard work. I get bored and decided to make something different.

      Thank you!

    4. fantasy is about imagination, and there are people who do not seem to have much of that... fantasy is a very broad topic and doesn't always have to be blatantly obvious.

  11. I prefer Darknight's. I'm saving the lil gem for when supernatural comes out. The other two would have done fine if this were about the best medieval or best everyday wear. On top of that they aren't very original at all in appearance. I can't really tell where they did any work aside from the using the create a style. To my own opinion on them Darknight top, Simlicious second, Whitecrow last. From reading the posts I read what they was going for but I just do not see it there at all. In addition fantasy is about imagination yes but what also what inspires it and nothing inspires it better than beings of myth.

P.S. None of this is to doubt any of your skills but think about this a moment. One doesn't see very many "mythic" outfits in sims 3 ( at least I haven't ) and I've already seen at least fifteen medieval outfits plus conversions fromsims medieval and several female warrior outfits as well. On top of that when you make something you have to show it off well too. Darknight put out an original looking outfit and executed beautiful shots of it as well.

  12. Simlicious' outfit is out of place to me here, because I'd never consider medieval to suit a "fantasy" theme. After all, fantasy is more surrealist, it's magical, its not real. Medieval style does not suit fantasy, in my opinion. Same for White Crow's, it seems a warrior outfit, as opposed to a "fantasy" outfit. I don't think the warrior style really fits fantasy. Dark Night, however, nailed it. It's magical, it's unique, its woodland-fairy or nymph-like. It is more of a fantasy outfit, in my opinion, than the other two.

    1. It is interesting that so many commenters only rate this round on how well the theme is matched, not who seems to have the best quality, spent most effort or maybe has the most useful clothes for your game (because you do want to use these outfits in your game- or not?). The contest is about so much more than "nailing a theme". And I think it was pointed out enough times why Darknight's outfit is the most fantasy-like. I wish people would also think/comment about the other factors here.
